Aside from having a poor focuser. It still made me very happy.
The cost for this fine instrument will set you back about $450 dollars
but it is worth it.

Meade creates some pretty good products. Many of the products they make are geared toward the novice which is sometimes the best choice for a beginner. But I believe that meade 5 images are probably the best if seen on some of their better models.

Meade doesn't skimp on the larger more professional models. These can be purchased for a hefty price of any where between 5k to 15k. Than can be a lot for an amateur but for the shear power a Meade can do it.
